PurePull Shipping Policy

We know that when you are waiting on a part to complete a repair, speed and reliability are everything. Below is our shipping policy outlining our dispatch times, delivery methods, and how we handle transit issues.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Dispatch Times: All orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT/BST) Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after this cut-off, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be dispatched on the next working day.

  • Order Verification: To protect against fraud, high-value orders (such as M-series logic boards) may be subject to additional verification before dispatch. We will contact you immediately if this is required.

2. UK Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Delivery charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. We typically offer the following services:

  • Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48 / DPD): 2–3 working days.

  • Express Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24 / DPD Next Day): 1–2 working days.

  • Guaranteed Next Day: Available for critical orders placed before the 2:00 PM cut-off.

Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the couriers. While we strictly adhere to our dispatch times, transit delays within the courier network are outside of our control.

3. Important: Shipping Lithium-Ion Batteries

Because PurePull supplies harvested tech components, some orders may include standalone lithium-ion batteries.

  • Under UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and courier regulations, standalone lithium-ion batteries are classified as Dangerous Goods.

  • Orders containing batteries cannot be shipped via standard Royal Mail air services and must be sent via approved ground couriers (such as specialized DPD services).

  • Due to these strict routing requirements, orders containing batteries may occasionally experience a 1-2 day delay depending on the delivery postcode.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been carefully packaged and dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your unique tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. All PurePull shipments are sent via fully tracked services to ensure secure delivery.

5. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Parcels

Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, we are legally responsible for your goods until they are delivered into your physical possession or to your nominated safe place/neighbour.

  • Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives visibly damaged, please sign for it as "Damaged" if possible, take clear photographs of the unboxing process, and contact us within 48 hours at contact@purepull.co.uk

  • Lost Parcels: If your tracking has not updated for 5 working days past the estimated delivery date, please contact us. We will open an official investigation with the courier and, once confirmed lost, arrange a full refund or a replacement part (subject to stock availability).

6. International Shipping

Currently, PurePull ships within the United Kingdom. If we expand to international shipping, buyers will be solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees levied by the destination country.

7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered completely and accurately at checkout.

  • If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately. Once an order is dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer, we reserve the right to deduct the original shipping cost from your refund or charge an additional fee to reship the item.
